At Matchy Family Wear , we ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

 Delivery Time

- Cairo & Giza: 3–6 business days
- Other governorates: 7–10 business days, depending on the location

Shipping Service

- We work with trusted courier companies to guarantee safe delivery.
- Customers are welcome to check the product upon delivery to ensure it meets expectations.
- The courier will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the address and time.

- If the order is refused, the full shipping costs will be paid to the delivery man.

 Shipping Fees

- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

 Returns & Exchanges

- Exchange is available within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

- Returns are only accepted in the presence of the delivery representative.

- If the product has a defect, the exchange will be made with half of the shipping cost paid.

- If you wish to change the model or color without any defect in the product, you will be charged the full shipping cost.

- In case of refusing to receive the product for any reason, the full shipping cost must be paid.

- Exchanges are processed through contacting us on our social media pages (Facebook or Instagram).

- The reason for exchange must be clarified with photos or videos.
